Natalia López has served on the Third Wave Board for 4 years now. She currently works at the Academy for Educational Development (AED), serving as the Deputy Director
of the New Voices Fellowship Program where she develops the programming for New Voices, organizes the bi-annual meetings, and provides technical assistance to the Women’s Rights and Reproductive Rights program areas.
Natalia has also worked on Marketing, Selection Panel, and Communications for the program. Before joining AED, she worked for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund Institute helping to award scholarships to Latino/a students and addressing issues of Hispanic under-representation in the public sector. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Social Thought Political Economy and Women Studies. Natalia also has a M.A. in Public Policy with a concentration in Women’s Studies from George Washington University.
